For the purposes of carrying out the requirements of this article, and all rules and
regulations made pursuant to this article, those employees of the county designated
by the county administrator are duly authorized and empowered by the board of county
commissioners to investigate possible violations and inspect premises in order to
determine whether necessary occupational licenses have been attained. The employees
designated by the county administrator shall have the authority to investigate all
alleged violations, to provide evidence to the state or county attorney's office relative
to such violations and to testify on matters relating to this article or investigations
conducted in accordance with this article.
