§ 14-35. Interference with animal control officer; tampering with equipment; false statements.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with the performance of the official duties of any animal control officer. It shall also be unlawful to destroy or tamper with equipment utilized by such officers, or to provide a false report or statement to any animal control officer or other department employee.
