The provisions of the Florida Building Code, all subsequent amendments, and all local
technical and administrative amendments are incorporated by reference and shall apply
to the construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use and occupancy, location, maintenance,
removal, and demolition of every building, structure, or any appurtenances connected
to or attached to such buildings or structures.
