§ 27-7. Unregistered providers.

To the extent that a communications services provider, communication facilities provider or pass-through provider is not registered consistent with section 27-4, said person shall register with the county pursuant to section 27-4 within 90 days from the effective date of this chapter. A communications services provider, communications facilities provider or pass-through provider with an existing communications facility in the public rights-of-way who fails to so comply may be subject to the enforcement remedies set forth in section 1-11 and section 27-10.
