§ 27-70. Collocation fees.

Each registrant shall pay a collocation fee for each of its small wireless facilities collocated on an authority utility pole. The rate to collocate a small wireless facility on an authority utility pole shall be $150.00 per pole annually. The first payment shall be due upon issuance of the permit and then annual payments shall be due and payable on the anniversary date of the issuance of the permit. If the payments required by this section are not made within 90 days after the due date, the county administrator or designee may withhold the issuance of any permits to the registrant until the amount past due is paid in full.
