§ 2-210. Qualifications for appointment.

Latest version.

All persons nominated or appointed to committees or boards regarding land use issues shall be residents of the county. All other appointments shall be made on the basis of experience or interest in the subject matter under the jurisdiction of the applicable board or committee.
