§ 2-238. Intent.
Latest version.
It is the intent of this division to promote, protect and improve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the county by providing an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive method of enforcing all codes and sections of this Code and other ordinances in force in the county where a pending or repeated violation continues to exist, with the exception of traffic violations.
