§ 2-239. Division supplemental.

Latest version.

Nothing contained in this division shall prohibit the county from enforcing its codes by any other means. This division is deemed to provide an additional or supplemental means of obtaining compliance with local codes. All provisions of F.S. ch. 162, pt. I (F.S. § 162.01 et seq.) are incorporated in this division by reference.
