§ 34-31. Purpose.

It is declared that the proper administration of justice and of the courts in the county, make it desirable that there be available to the board of county commissioners and the Judges and the officers of the several courts, Legal Resource Centers providing the function of the traditional law libraries, and that the establishment of such Centers is a public need and for general county purposes.
