§ 34-32. Established; location; operation.

  • There is established in the county a minimum of two Legal Resource Centers that shall function as Law Libraries to provide legal information and resources. The Centers are established for the use of the board of county commissioners, the officers of the several courts, members of the bar, and the general public desiring access thereto. Effective October 1, 2016, the Centers shall be under the control and management of the Pasco County Clerk of Circuit Court and County Comptroller, who shall provide for the operation of the Centers. The Centers currently are located in the West Pasco Judicial Complex and the East Pasco Judicial Complex and may be relocated or added to with the permission of the Board of County Commissioners at the request of the Clerk and Comptroller.
