§ 38-28. Exemptions from article.

Latest version.

This article shall not apply to the following:
(1)

The U.S. military.

(2)

Hospitals transporting their patients in hospital vehicles, where there is no charge for that service.

(3)

Any public bus or school bus system.

(4)

Taxicabs or any other public transportation system.
