§ 46-76. Administration and enforcement.

(a)

Any person responsible for unlawful open burning shall bear any and all applicable costs involved in extinguishing the fire, in addition to the fines provided in the uniform fine schedule.

(b)

Violations of this regulation are punishable under the provisions of F.S. § 125.69.
