§ 66-77. Exemptions.

The provisions of this article do not apply to security alarm systems:
(1)

Attached to any motor vehicle;

(2)

Installed by telephone companies to protect telephone systems from damage or disruption of service;

(3)

Installed on governmentally owned or occupied premises;

(4)

That are not activated;

(5)

When the security alarm system does not produce an audible alarm and the Pasco Sheriff's Office is not notified of an alarm.
