§ 6-30. Disturbances on premises.

  • No establishment in which alcoholic or intoxicating beverages are sold or served shall be allowed to become the scene of disorderly or tumultuous activity threatening the peace of the community. This section is supplemental to the general authority of law enforcement officers to preserve the public peace. If such establishments become the scene of disorderly or tumultuous activity, the doors of such establishment may be closed at that time by order of any law enforcement officer having jurisdiction in the area where such establishment is located. Such establishment shall not reopen until the following day.
