§ 70-12. Use of PRNR property and facilities.

Use of PRNR property (including but not limited to designated picnic areas, beaches, boat ramps, shelters, tables, benches, grills, buildings, campgrounds, sports fields, etc.) may be closed to public use without prior notice to the public by PNPR personnel based on facility needs and conditions. No person shall use any PRNR property or facility during a time when such facility is closed to public use.

Use of PRNR property and facilities generally follows the rule of "first come, first served" unless reserved. Reservations shall be made in accordance with PRNR policies and procedures for reservations for that facility. No person shall use any PRNR property or facility during a time when such facility is reserved by another person.
