§ 70-18. Use of vehicles, vessels and watercraft; flying motorized objects prohibited.

(a)

Vehicles, vessels, and watercraft shall be driven and/or parked only in designated areas.

(b)

Motorized vessels and watercraft shall be launched only from designated areas. Kayaks, canoes, rafts and other non-motorized watercraft may be launched from any shoreline where such activity is not prohibited by PRNR personnel.

(c)

Vessels and vehicles, whether motorized or non-motorized, on PRNR property shall be operated in safe manner and shall not be operated in a manner that endangers or causes a nuisance to PRNR patrons.

(d)

Motorized vessels and watercraft shall not be operated so as to produce a wake

Motorized objects may not be flown on PRNR property without prior permission from PRNR personnel.
