Chapter 70. PARKS, RECREATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES

§ 70-24. Offering, selling, or providing goods, services, or materials.

Persons offering, selling, or providing goods, services, or materials on PRNR property shall obtain a vendor permit or prior written approval from PRNR personnel. Offering, selling, or providing goods, services, or materials without a vendor permit or prior written approval from PRNR personnel is prohibited. Fees may be charged for permit(s). Mobile food operations shall comply with section 402.5.A. Temporary Uses of the Pasco County Land Development Code.
