Chapter 70. PARKS, RECREATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES

§ 70-5. Requests for person to leave PRNR property; trespass from PRNR property.

It is a violation of this chapter to fail to leave PRNR property when requested by an authorized county employee or authorized agent. PRNR shall designate persons authorized to make such requests for each PRNR property, and inform the county administrator in writing of each designation. Designations may be made by name, job title/category/function, or both. Law enforcement officers acting lawfully within the scope of their duties are hereby designated by the board as additional authorized agents for this purpose. Persons who violate any law or posted regulation, or who disregard lawful requests from authorized persons to leave PRNR property, may be also be trespassed from PRNR property in accordance with the procedures in chapter 60, article VI of this Code.
