Chapter 70. PARKS, RECREATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES

§ 70-9. Tampering with natural objects, animals, and the environment prohibited.

No person shall destroy, trap, hunt, injure, deface, mar, move, collect, dig, disturb, remove, or tamper with any natural object (including but not limited to soil, sand, gravel, rock, stone, mineral, plant, marine plant, animal, artifact or other natural material) on PRNR property (or the waters thereof) without prior approval from PRNR personnel.
