§ 202-36. Agenda of official meetings.

(a)

The board of county commissioners of Pasco County shall make its agenda for any official meeting available to the public no later than Friday prior to any such meeting. Any amendment, deletion or insertion to such agenda after the same has been made available to the public shall be made by the board only upon a declaration of emergency.

(b)

All action taken by the board of county commissioners in such counties in violation of the terms of this act [section] shall constitute illegal acts by such board of county commissioners.
