§ 202-51. Apportionment of racetrack and jai alai fronton funds.

Latest version.

All racetrack and jai alai fronton funds accruing annually to Pasco County, Florida, pursuant to F.S. chs. 550 and 551, shall be equally divided between and paid to the board of county commissioners of Pasco County and the school board of Pasco County, and may be used by such boards for any lawful purpose.
