§ 210-30. Definitions.

"Gas station retailer" shall mean:
(1)

Any full service gasoline station; or

(2)

Any self-service gasoline station that has two or more employees present on the premises at any time the station is open for business to the public. A self-service gasoline station that never has more than one employee present on the premises at any time when the station is open for business to the public is not a "gas station retailer" within the meaning of this article.
