§ 214-4. Territory embraced.

It is hereby provided that this act [chapter] shall be applicable throughout Pasco County, including all unincorporated and incorporated areas of Pasco County. It is further provided that this act [chapter] shall pertain to all violations hereof within Pasco County and supersedes and nullifies those provisions of any and all municipal ordinances and codes, including county ordinances, which define or penalize any act recognized and declared in this act [chapter] to be a violation thereof.
