§ 246-36. Dredging, construction or creating obstructions prohibited in certain lakes.

  • On and after the effective date of this act [article], it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to do any dredging, pumping of sand, extension of lands, construction or extension of islands, or to create any canal or inlets or to create any obstructions in or under the waters of Lake Saxon, 19-26-19E, 24-26-18E, 25-26-18E, 30-26-19E; Lake Padgett, 24-26-18E, 25-26-18E; King Lake, 7-26-19E, 12-26-18E; 13-26-18E, 18-26-19E; Bell Lake, 13-26-18E, 18-26-19E, except as hereinafter provided.
