§ 102-152. Extension and duration of tax.

Latest version.

The first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth cent gas tax levied pursuant to Ordinance No. 83-12, Ordinance No. 84-09, and Ordinance No. 85-24, respectively, is extended and shall remain effective until December 31, 2042.
