§ 102-153. Distribution formula.

The distribution formula for dividing the proceeds of the local option gas tax among the county government and all eligible municipalities within the county shall be as established by interlocal agreement or pursuant to F.S. § 336.025(4). If the proceeds are distributed pursuant to F.S. § 336.025(4), the proportions shall be recalculated every five years based on the transportation expenditures of the immediately preceding five years.
