§ 6-26. Definitions.
The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Disorderly or tumultuous activity means violence on the part of any person which in any way puts or should put any other person in reasonable fear of harm or which causes the destruction of personal property.
Premises means the business premises of the licensed establishment and includes the parking area and any other areas of property normally used, owned or controlled by the owner of such establishment for purposes of operating his business for the sale of alcoholic or intoxicating beverages.
Resort means a hotel or motel with more than 100 on-site rental units, at least 3,000 square feet of on-site meeting facilities, at least one on-site restaurant, and on-site tennis, golf, spa facilities, nature trails, marina and docking services, or other water-based recreational facilities.
