§ 6-27. Right of entry.

  • All state, county and local law enforcement officers, including but not limited to the sheriff and his deputies, shall have a right of entry, upon request, to any establishment where alcoholic or intoxicating beverages are sold after the hours of closing provided for in this article in order to determine whether this article has been complied with. If any such law enforcement officer is refused a right of entry when he shall have probable cause to believe that this article is not complied with, the board of county commissioners shall have the authority, after notice of hearing and an opportunity to be heard are provided to the owner of such business and after making a finding that such law enforcement officer was improperly refused entry to such establishment, to revoke the county occupational license for such business.
