Chapter 70. PARKS, RECREATION AND NATURAL RESOURCES

§ 70-3. Acts constituting violations of this Code.

Latest version.

Failing to perform any act required by this Code is a violation of this chapter. Performing any act prohibited by this chapter is a violation of this Code. Failing to obey any posted regulation or policy is a violation of this Code. Disregard of lawful verbal directions from a county employee or authorized agent concerning PRNR property, equipment or facilities is a violation of this Code.
