Chapter 79. DEMOLITION OF SLUM OR BLIGHTED STRUCTURES

§ 79-5. Final order.

Latest version.

The order to demolish a slum and blighted structure as provided for in section 79-3 shall automatically become a final order authorizing demolition in the event that no written appeal from the notice, along with the required fee for the cost of the appeal, is received by the director of the community development department on or before 30 calendar days after the date of posting.
