§ 214-5. Repealing of conflicting laws.

Latest version.

All municipal charters, municipal ordinances, municipal resolutions, special laws applying to and within this county and general laws applying only to this county, and county ordinances in conflict with any provisions of this act [chapter] are hereby repealed.
